We are more than happy with the quality of the cups and his designs. The next day I dropped off four pre-bought water bottles and sent him more challenging designs. Not only did he send me proofs by the next day, but they were finished and delivered within 24 hours. He is very easy to work with. He is flexible when requesting a stylistic change to the design proof. His pricing is on point with the market, yet his turnaround time far exceeds the market (in a good way).
